Ibex WealthTech is a pre-incorporation Swiss venture based in Basel-Landschaft. We are developing a B2B SaaS tool to support FINMA-licensed independent asset managers (Vermögensverwalter) with their FinSA Art. 4–15 compliance workflow — client classification, suitability assessment, and investment-policy documentation.
We are currently in customer discovery.
Before writing a line of product code, we are speaking with FINMA-licensed independent asset managers across Switzerland to understand:
- How the FinSA suitability and documentation workflow looks in real practice
- Which steps cost the most time
- Where existing tools fall short
- What an AI-assisted compliance workflow would need to look like to earn your trust
What we are not
We are not a regulated financial-services provider and will never give investment advice. The planned tool is explicitly positioned as a software vendor for licensed advisers — your FinSA responsibility stays with you.
Who is behind this
The venture is led by a founding team based in Basel-Landschaft. The intended legal entity is Ibex WealthTech GmbH, planned for incorporation in the third quarter of 2026.
